2. 算法研究与优化：研究典型场景下的AI应用算法与模型实现，设计解决方案，并进行算法调优，提升模型性能和准确率，推动技术落地
任职要求：
1. 统招本科院校及以上学历，计算机视觉、模式识别、自动化等相关专业；
2. 具备目标检测、行为识别等相关项目研发经历，5年以上工业级动态图像识别算法经验。
3. 精通Python/C++，熟悉Linux开发环境与OpenCV、Pytorch/TensorFlow框架；
4. 熟练掌握目标检测（YOLO、Faster R-CNN）、分类（ResNet、EfficientNet）算法，优化算法在复杂场景（低光照、雨雪天气、遮挡）下的鲁棒性；
5. 具备模型轻量化经验（如MobileNet、ShuffleNet、知识蒸馏）
6. 有交通行业及自动驾驶算法落地案例者优先；

工作时间：8:30-12:00；13:30-17:30。周六上午半天班，法定节假日按照国家规定进行。
