Company History Overview
Chongqing Fusheng Technology Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary of Pioneer Material Technology Group. Pioneer Material Technology has offices and factories in Taipei, China, Silicon Valley in the United States, and Hanoi, Vietnam. Our main customers are well-known American technology brand companies. Our products are consumer electronics components, including smart watches, smartphones, VR/MR, laptops, earphones, computers, electric vehicle accessories, minimally invasive surgical robots, etc. We are well-known in the industry for our elastomeric functional materials in the rubber category (conductive, thermally conductive, magnetic, vibration-damping, reliability, color matching) as well as our technology and expertise in dissimilar material bonding (plastics, metals, etc.).

We are currently recruiting talent with a science and engineering background and proficiency in English to expand our engineering team (engineering, process, quality assurance, laboratory...).

Benefits
● Working Hours: At least one rest day per week, five days and eight hours per week, overtime beyond 40 hours is calculated according to national and local standards, and all overtime is voluntary.
● Holidays: All statutory holidays are provided (annual leave, maternity leave, marriage leave, bereavement leave, etc.), all paid.
● Insurance: Five types of insurance are arranged for employees in accordance with national and local regulations upon onboarding.
● Work Meals: Free work meals are provided, plus an additional subsidy of 11 yuan per person per day.
● Accommodation: The dormitory is a two-bedroom, one-living-room unit equipped with WIFI, bathroom and toilet, air conditioning, spin dryer, hot water kettle, wardrobe, and desk. Dedicated personnel are responsible for dormitory safety, and residents have factory shuttle buses to commute to and from work every day.
● Annual Leave: Within one week after onboarding, provide proof of relevant cumulative work years (previous employer's resignation certificate/social insurance payment records). Those with one full year can enjoy paid annual leave; if there is no relevant proof, after working at the company for one full year, they can also enjoy paid annual leave.
● Free Health Checkup: All health checkups required by the company are free of charge. (Must follow company procedures)
