上海嘉定城发环保污泥处理有限公司为上海嘉定城市发展集团有限公司的全资公司，成立2020年11月，总投资约6.8亿元，占地28亩，位于上海市嘉定区外冈镇。项目将于2021年8月动工建设，预计2023年投入商业运行。配置2;70 焚烧炉，年处理污泥量（折合含水率60%的污泥）约 10万吨，同步配套2;4.5 抽汽凝汽式汽轮发电机组, 污泥焚烧产生的余热年发电量约 2000万。项目建成后可妥善解决嘉定区污泥处置出路，实现污泥稳定化、减量化和无害化处理，促进区域经济社会环境协调发展。
