郝妍舞蹈学校于2004年创办，是经教育局批准的正规办学单位，拥有专职教师团队80余人，八所校区，学校总面积3000余平米，学员2000余人，多年来为全国各艺术院校培养了大批舞蹈人才，为多所省市重点高中、名牌大学输送艺术特长生。学校被评为中国舞蹈家协会定点考试培训单位、中国艺术家协会会员单位、特长生中国“未来之星”舞蹈培训基地、全国青少年艺术人才培训基地。学校人才输送基地包括北京舞蹈学院附中、中国人民解放军艺术学院、沈阳音乐学院附中、黑龙江省艺术职业学院、哈尔滨师范大学艺术学校等。
