Changsha Xianghua Secondary Vocational School

Changsha Xianghua Secondary Vocational School is a full-time non-profit secondary vocational school approved by the Changsha Municipal Education Bureau. The school is located in the Dawang Mountain Tourist Resort. The founder of the school is Hong Zhanhui, who was named one of the "Top Ten People Who Moved China" in 2005, one of the "Top Ten Outstanding Youth of China" in 2006, and one of the first "National Moral Models" in 2007. He has worked at Huaihua University and Hunan University of Information Technology, and has served as deputy secretary of the school Youth League Committee and assistant to the principal concurrently serving as secretary of the Youth League Committee, possessing rich experience in school management. The overall goal of the school's construction and development is to adhere to the purpose of serving local economic construction and social development, be oriented by market talent demand and full employment of students, aim to comprehensively improve education quality and enhance service capacity, deeply promote "school-enterprise cooperation and industry-education integration," fully leverage the important role of vocational schools in cultivating foundational talents, run "education that satisfies the people," promote "integration of education and industry," cultivate first-class vocational and technical talents for local economic construction and key industry development, and build a nationally first-class secondary vocational school.
The school will be based on the characteristics and needs of China's industrial development, learn from and introduce first-class vocational education concepts and models from countries such as Germany and Finland, and create distinctive educational features. The focus will be on implementing the dual-system vocational education model and deep cooperation with enterprises in customized talent cultivation. The school has formed a multi-form, multi-level, and multi-channel educational system.
