高密市垃圾焚烧发电项目由高密利朗明德环保科技有限公司负责建设,隶属于杭州锦江集团;是以实现高密市城市生活垃圾处理的无害化、减量化、资源化为目的的环保项目，属于国家扶持和鼓励发展的可再生资源综合利用项目。
本项目建设地点位于山东省高密市密水街道周家屯，占地80000平方米，主要建设主厂房、办公楼、宿舍楼等设施，日处理生活垃圾800吨，同时预留供热。
