1、负责系统框架和核心代码的实现工作；独立进行程序单元、功能的测试，并指导团队进行业务代码的开发，保障研发质量；

2、能提出的设计方案和计划，并根据设计方案和计划进行编码实现，在进度和质量上符合方案和计划的要求；能及时对BUG问题进行跟踪修正；

3、承担大中型产品功能需求的产品全流程工作（包含需求分析、产品设计、需求评审、需求验收等）；

4、具备主动深度挖掘合理的业务需求能力以及有独立的产品规划和设计能力。

5、具备较强的逻辑思维及分析能力，对用户需求有较准确的把握，并针对性提出解决方案；

职位要求：

1、计算机、自动化、电子信息相关专业，本科及以上学历，具备三年及以上Java项目开发经验；能深入理解SpringMVC、Spring、Webservice等框架和技术的设计思想和实现方式，熟练掌握前端技术，如VUE、Angular等

2、熟练使用Linux操作系统，熟练Tomcat，Apache，Nginx等Web应用服务器的搭建部署，有良好的系统性能瓶颈分析及优化能力，对服务器负载均衡部署有相关经验

3、精通编程工具Eclipse或MyEclipse；熟练使用主流关系数据库、熟悉No-sql数据库如HBase、MongoDB；

4、熟悉工作流、自定义表单的开发经验优先；

5、有企业信息化管理类项目开发经验的优先.

6、具备较强的逻辑思维及分析能力，对用户需求有较准确的把握，并针对性提出解决方案；

7、能熟练使用sketch或axure原型设计工具、VIsio等办公软件，具备较强的设计文档编写能力

8、承担产品小组建设管理工作，合理分配任务和产品输出质量把控，以及能参与产品规范制定、流程宣导与答疑解惑等

9、对新技术、新业务有快速的学习能力。
