It is affiliated with China Communications Services Hunan Company and is a wholly state-owned enterprise. Chuangfa Company is an Internet high-tech enterprise dedicated to software development, system integration, and value-added operation services. Its main business covers domestic and international telecom operators, government agencies, culture, sports, healthcare, finance, small and medium-sized enterprises, and other fields, with customers in 13 provinces in China and 14 overseas countries and regions. Chuangfa Company has passed the "Double High" and "Double Soft" certifications, and has obtained ISO 9001 international quality system certification, ISO 27001 information security management system certification, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology's second-level qualification for computer information system integration, the national first-level information security service certification, ITSS operation and maintenance capability second-level qualification, communication network security service capability (risk assessment first-level), Hunan Province key service outsourcing enterprise, Huawei Global Best Partner, Hunan Province outstanding contribution enterprise in developing an open economy, and other qualifications and honors.
