任职要求：
1.全日制统招本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业；
2. 精通Java SE和Java EE技术，了解JVM运作机制；
3. 掌握面向对象设计开发方法，熟悉常见设计模式、重构等；
4. 精通Spring/Spring Boot、Mybatis、Hibernate等常用开源框架【重要】；
5.精通微服务开发框架springcloud。
6. 熟悉常用关系型数据库，如MySQL、Oracle等，并了解数据库原理以及常规的性能优化技术；
7.熟悉非关系型数据库，例如mongodb，elasticsearch等【重要】
8. 熟悉缓存（Redis/Memcached）、消息队列（Kafka/RabbitMQ/ActiveMQ）、分布式系统等；
9. 熟悉Hadoop、HBase、Hive、Spark等大数据相关技术【重要】；
10. 做事有责任心、热爱技术，喜欢钻研，有较强的逻辑思维能力，较强的抗压能力，善于分析、归纳、解决问题；
11. 加分项：主导或参与开源平台上的项目（或代码贡献），比如 GitHub；
12. 加分项：熟悉大模型应用的开发模式，有一定经验。
