国电肇庆热电有限公司（以下简称“公司”）是由中国国电集团公司、深圳市至德投资发展有限公司按70%、30%的比例共同投资组建，以发电、供热为主的企业。公司一期投资建设2×35万千瓦超临界燃煤热电联产机组，二期规划投资建设2×60万千瓦发电项目。公司位于广东省肇庆高新技术产业开发区东部，毗邻北江，东距广州市区约50km，西距肇庆市区约50km，厂址占地714亩。一期项目计划2012年年底双投。
