具备极高的研发能力，能快速定位并解决复杂技术难题，特别是数据溯源、逻辑混乱等历史遗留问题。
5年以上后端开发经验，有主导或深度参与中大型系统核心模块设计/重构的成功实践。
良好的沟通协作：能清晰阐述技术方案，有效推动规范落地，并与团队紧密协作。
学历要求：全日制统招985/211本科及以上。年龄要求：35岁以内。
