浙江海骆航空科技有限公司成立于2019年2月，坐落在德清县雷甸镇临杭产业新区，是由浙江大学能源工程学院-先进技术研究院高速旋转机械团队创建，在浙江省涡轮机械与推进系统研究院孵化的国家高新技术企业。公司主要从事转子结构振动与冲击损伤、强度与疲劳、航空发动机转子包容性、封严材料可磨耗性评价、试验测试技术等研究及高速旋转试验器研制生产。公司科研团队现有院士1人、教授2人、国千和省千各1人、讲师2人、博士后3人、硕士和博士研究生20余人，企业员工60余人。现因公司发展需要拟招聘各类人才二十余人，进一步推进人才队伍建设。
现因项目科研工作需要，特长期公开招聘研究人员。
