济南赛尔生物科技有限公司于2010年7月成立，主要从事细胞及基因技术研究及产业化开发。2016年6月，公司完成股份制改造，更名为“济南赛尔生物科技股份有限公司”。

赛尔生物深入开展细胞治疗和基因治疗领域技术研发转化工作，拥有符合GMP标准的千平方米转化平台，结合ISO9001质量管理体系及相关标准，进行细胞治疗技术、基因治疗技术的研发与转化。目前已经与国内多家*大型医疗机构合作开展临床医疗服务。

赛尔生物还参与承担了国家、省、市多项科研课题，拥有尿液神经干细胞（NSC）、iPS、脐带间充质干细胞（MSC）、脐血单个核细胞（MNC）、CIK免疫细胞、PD-1基因免疫技术、嵌合抗原受体T细胞（CAR-T）、单基因遗传病基因治疗等技术与专利。

全资子公司“铱科基因”是国内***提供基因治疗单基因遗传病技术服务的公司，是国内***能够提供基因矫正β-地中海贫血自体造血干细胞移植技术服务的平台。
