山东罗欣乐康制药有限公司由山东罗欣药业集团股份有限公司投资建设，选址沂水经济开发区东二环路以西，腾飞东路以北。固定资产投资7亿元，主要新建中药前处理生产线、中药提取生产线、口服固体制剂生产线、液体口服制剂生产线、保健品生产线，配套建设公共系统工程、污水处理车间、仓库等。
项目配置国际一流的设施设备，以国际认证的标准生产线为特色，建成投产后，将成为一家集中药研发、生产、销售为一体的大型现代化中药企业，打造科研成果产业化孵化平台，实现中药生产现代化。
项目建成投产后，预计年可实现产值7亿元，实现国税税收7200万元，地税税收1400万元。
