任职要求：

1. 计算机相关专业本科或研究生毕业，3年以上Java后台研发经验，有大型电商互联网产品开发经验者优先。

3. 掌握Spring、MyBatis、MySQL、Redis、ES、MQ等常用软件框架。

4. 熟悉网络编程，熟悉分布式系统的设计和应用，熟悉缓存、消息等机制。

5. 掌握常用数据结构、常见设计模式，熟练掌握数据库技术原理、索引优化、分库分表技术。

6. 具有比较强的问题分析和处理能力，有比较优秀的动手能力，热爱技术，精益求精，具备较强的学习能力和责任心，能自我激励，善于沟通与团队协作。
