福建炼化林德气体公司（以下简称“福林气体公司”）是由福建炼化公司与林德香港气体公司按各出资50％的股比设立，于2008年9月成立的一家专业生产经营工业气体的中外合资企业，主要经营氮气、氧气、氩气、稀有气体及其液体产品。公司采用国内外*先进的设备，同时拥有国际一流的空气分离技术，具备相当的技术优势。现有两套制氧能力分别为40000Nm3/h的空分装置和一套制氧能力为33000Nm3/h的空分装置，主要为福建联合石化公司提供长期稳定的工业气体，并兼及向周边地区企业提供可靠的气体液化产品。
