我院是卫生部国际紧急救援中心认定的急救医院；是一所具有专科特色的二级甲等中医医院；是南京中医药大学教学医院，吴江市红十字中医医院，江苏省*一家县级惠民医，苏州市白求恩杯竞赛先进单位，吴江区文明单位。
至2013年底，医院在编职工525名，其中卫技人员483名，高级技术职称50人，硕士研究生23人。
建筑面积15935M2；医疗用面积12288M2；定编床位370张。
门诊科室基本齐全；具有中医特色科室：内科、肾内科、肝病科、脾胃病科、血液科、肿瘤科、肛肠科、中医男性科、小儿科、皮肤科、骨伤科、针灸科，推拿科、康复理疗科、五官科、眼科中西药房及中西药制剂室各一处。
具有自制制剂28种，其中中医特色制剂7种，中医协定处方26张。
