项目占地总面积80亩。总投资1.342亿元，年生产能力10万吨（其中瓶装生产4.5万吨、听装生产4.0万吨、精酿生产1.5万吨）。新建符合啤酒生产和观光体验的生产厂房及配套设施，引入符合啤酒酿造工艺要求的进口、国产设备及人才等。厂区整体均采用“巴伐利亚”建筑风格设计，通过工业体验观光、弘扬啤酒文化等，打造澄江独具的欧式现代啤酒文化体验，促进当地就业和经济效益的同步发展。
