深圳市和永兴科技有限公司于2011年成立。专业生产各类不干胶标签和各类模切产品及说明书，现拥有六色轮转机、四色商标机、模切机、条码打印机、晒版机、耐磨测试仪、丝印机、剥离测试仪、全自动条码扫描仪等一系列先进设备。2015年8月公司成立第二事业部（设备事业部），目前主要生产精密液体冷却机、机箱空调、热交换器等制冷设备。2017.4月份成立电子事业部，主要生产日用消费类产品。公司位于交通便捷的深圳市宝安区石岩镇水田超为龙科技园。
