南山电子（NSCN）创建于2003年1月，总部位于南京。公司专注于片式无源器件产品，在智能电网、汽车电子、工业控制三大领域深耕细作，稳中求进，创立十八年来在业界一直享有较高声誉。
随着业务规模不断扩大，从2007年起，公司分别在香港、深圳、杭州等地设立分支机构。2016年，投资成立江苏南山电子工业有限公司，并在江苏中关村科技产业园区（溧阳）征地建设15000平米综合基地，筹建EPSON授权有源晶振（中国）烧录中心项目。
2018年12月，首批爱普生有源晶振烧录设备在我司投入使用，从此，真正实现了爱普生有源晶振在中国市场的批量快速交付。2019年5月，公司新大楼即将投入使用，为此，公司诚聘以下人员，共谋大发展：
