禹州市中心医院是一所集急救、医疗、教学、科研、预防、保健、康复等为一体的二级综合性医院，是“郑大一附院远程会诊禹州分中心”、“郑大二附院友好协作医院”、“河南省高血压防治中心禹州分中心”、“中国急性心肌梗死救治项目合作研究单位”、“禹州市高校毕业生见习基地”。现有在职职工788人。其中，现有正高职称10人，副高级职称45人，中级专业技术人员220余人，现开放正规病床580张。年接门急诊33万余人次，服务住院病人2.2万余人次。
