工作职责:
1，负责细胞重编程，干细胞培养，诱导定向分化（血液和神经方向），单克隆挑选，细胞株筛选建库等实验，优化方法并撰写SOP；
2，负责开发细胞功能/质量检测方案，撰写相关SOP；
3，负责实验数据的收集、整理，原始记录的撰写和整理工作，对实验数据进行分析并根据分析结果对实验进行优化；
4，根据实际工作需要，自主或在有限指导下完成研发项目，有能力通过针对性文献检索工作解决技术难题；
5，定期制定相关的工作目标及计划，负责对其他岗位人员进行工艺相关实验的培训和技术指导；
6，负责完成部门负责人及主管领导安排的实验室管理相关的其他工作。
任职资格:
1，硕士学历，细胞生物学与发育生物学等相关专业，涉及神经生物学方向更佳，工作经验3-5年；
2，有胚胎干细胞/iPS细胞/神经干细胞培养经验，有细胞重编程经验，具有神经细胞分化或血液细胞分化经验更佳；
3，具有分子生物学实验技能，如各类PCR等；
4，有一定的生物信息分析经验（单细胞测序，全基因组测序等），涉及生物信息学方向更佳；
5，具有优秀的英文文献阅读能力及良好的研发数据分析能力；
6，有团队管理经验更佳；
7，不吸烟（硬性要求）
