Beijing Hainachuan Automotive Parts Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Hainachuan Company), jointly invested and established by Beijing Automotive Group Co., Ltd. and Beijing Industrial Development Investment Co., Ltd., with a registered capital of nearly RMB 1.968 billion, was registered and established in Beijing in January 2008.
The company has 36 subsidiaries, including 4 wholly-owned enterprises, 12 joint ventures with Fortune 500 and internationally renowned auto parts companies, 14 joint ventures with well-known domestic auto parts companies, and 6 enterprises of other types. In 2011, it successfully acquired 100% equity of Inalfa Group of the Netherlands, making Hainachuan an international automotive parts group company.
The products of Hainachuan's subsidiaries cover five major series: automotive interior and exterior trim systems, automotive seat systems, automotive electronic systems, automotive heat exchange systems, and automotive chassis and other systems, forming a product portfolio with leading technology and cost advantages, and possessing the capability of synchronous development with vehicles of different levels.
Hainachuan's automotive sunroof series products have extensive business in North America, Europe, and Asia, providing supporting and services for many * automobile manufacturers. Other products of Hainachuan are currently supporting more than 20 large domestic automobile enterprises, including BAIC, FAW, SAIC, Brilliance, JAC, Changan, Chery, Shaanxi Auto, Great Wall, Sinotruk, etc.
