五峰土家族自治县高级中学，位于江汉平原、三峡地区通往鄂西山区“咽喉”要道的渔洋关镇，面朝鄂西交通大动脉325省道，背靠雄峻巍峨的虎头山，横跨秀丽蜿蜒的渔洋河，是一所历史悠久、特色鲜明、环境清雅的市级示范学校。校园占地面积12公顷，建筑面积35000 平方米。学校现有34个教学班，学生近2000人。教职工186人，其中高级教师70人，宜昌市名师7人，宜昌市学科带头人 2人。
