柳州健宁医院位于柳州市鹧鸪江路5号，系经柳州市行政部门批准设立建设的大型精神病专科医院，规划发展为三级精神专科医院。医院占地近25亩，距离市中心闹市区10分钟路程，交通便利（有城市主干道和在建的柳州市轻轨2号线经过）。医院拥有综合门诊及住院楼，开设有精神科、急诊医学科（门诊）、内科（门诊）、外科（门诊）、妇科专业（门诊）及中医科（门诊）、医学检验科、医学影像科。规划开放床位600张。医院向柳州市区、城镇、农村患者提供特色的急慢性神经、精神疾病诊疗等综合性便民医疗服务。同时根据当地卫生行政部门要求，参与突发公共卫生事件的医疗救助。
