公司成立于2017年1月份，投资建设霞浦县盐田乡工业园集中供热项目，项目于2018年4月5日开始建设，目前已建成并投入运行，投资安装一台35T/h和一台36T/h的燃煤循环流化床锅炉，年产汽量30万吨，可供应园区现有的四家合成革企业和其他用汽企业。项目得到宁德市、霞浦县和盐田乡各级政府的关心与支持，投资总额6800万元，现已投入运行。为工业园区的升级改造起到重要作用，也提升了盐田乡周边的环境。
目前公司员工有二十多人，包括管理人员与锅炉操作人员，改差一名会计与一名文员。
