夏桐是隶属于世界奢侈集团LVMH路易威登酩悦轩尼诗集团，是集团旗下葡萄酒与烈酒系列中一个高端起泡酒品牌。
夏桐的历史起源于一位非凡人物Robert-Jean de Voguë，他自1930年起就被任命为酩悦香槟酒庄的总裁。他坚信酩悦香槟的发展必须走向国际化。但是香槟产区面积有限，当时的他意识到，要走向国际的并不仅仅是香槟本身，而是酿造香槟的方式：相比于出口产品，他更注重推广技术与传统。终于，在1959年在阿根廷门多萨建立了夏桐酒庄Bodegas Chandon酒厂，生产高品质起泡葡萄酒。此后，夏桐先后美国、巴西、澳大利亚、印度建立酒庄。
夏桐中国酒庄的建成进一步壮大了夏桐大家庭，于2012年创建，坐落于贺兰山下，酒庄面积6300平方米，现有葡萄种植面积68公顷，酒庄于2013年6月28日正式开业，是目前中国只运用传统法酿造高端起泡酒的的酒庄；融会本地风土与法式传承的酿造技艺，葡萄果实在八月底到九月初的丰收后便进入了“传统”的酿造过程。酒体在酿造过程中要经历两次发酵，第二次发酵在分装的瓶子中进行，能够产生丰富细腻的气泡，*终成就这一别具夏桐风格的优质起泡葡萄酒。
