1992年09月24日成立公司龙电期货经纪有限责任公司。2004年6月7日,经中国证券监督管理委员会和国家工商行政管理总局的核准,分别换发了期货经纪业务许可证和企业法人营业执照,将企业名称由原龙电期货经纪有限责任公司变更为中诚期货经纪有限责任公司。2009年04月02日,公司注册资本增至1亿元。变更后的股东及股权结构为:国都证券有限责任公司出资6231万元,占注册资本的62.31中诚信托有限责任公司出资3769万元,占注册资本的37.69。证监许可〔2009〕273号20090415名称变更,经北京市工商行政管理局的核准,企业名称由原中诚期货经纪有限责任公司变更为现国都期货有限公司。2010年11月11日公司注册资本增至2亿元。变更后的股东及股权结构为:国都证券有限责任公司出资12462万元,占注册资本的62.31中诚信托有限责任公司出资7538万元,占注册资本的37.69。
