工作职责：
1. 项目管理
（1）协调公司内部团队（包括临床前、临床开发、注册、医学、法务等）与外部合作伙伴的沟通，高效推进合作产品的开发、注册及商业化进程；
（2）根据协议或双方约定，组织召开JSC会议，负责会议材料准备及纪要撰写与决策事项的跟踪落实，确保双方的战略对齐与高效决策；
（3）协议签订后，与公司相关部门协调，确保项目资料向合作伙伴的及时顺利交接；
（4）推动合作协议条款执行，跟踪里程碑付款、商业化分成付款等关键节点，管理与合作方的合同争议协商；
（5）主导供应、质量等各类主协议项下的协议的沟通协调、谈判和签署；
（6）保持与合作伙伴对应项目管理人员或其他利益相关者的日常沟通，定期监测合作项目进展，识别潜在问题并推动解决和落实；
（7）定期组织和内部团队的沟通会议，确保信息通畅，收集并解决相关问题。
2. BD职能
（1）协助配合团队制定和实施公司在商务拓展方面的策略和计划；
（2）协助搜寻、识别和评估与公司项目匹配的潜在合作伙伴及其需求，深度挖掘产品的核心价值与差异化优势，协助准备对外授权所需的项目介绍资料等文件；
（3）参与潜在合作伙伴对公司项目的尽职调查，协助设计合作模式，参与主协议的谈判；
（4）组织和参与BD项目的内部沟通协调及内外部会议；
（5）负责管理部门具体项目的进度，协调内部合作；
（6）跟踪行业动态、竞品管线及前沿技术趋势，提供分析支持。
任职要求：
1. 生物、医药、医学相关专业硕士及以上学历，博士优先，具备海外留学或工作经历。
2. 5年以上医药行业工作经验，具备项目管理或BD相关领域经验；
3. 熟悉创新药研发流程（临床前/临床/注册），熟悉各种对外合作模式；
4. 出色的沟通能力和跨部门协调能力及谈判能力，能够解决复杂问题推动项目执行；
5. 出色的PPT撰写能力，能够快速高效完成PPT的准备工作；
6. 英语听说读写流利，可作为工作语言熟练开展国际合作伙伴沟通、跨国会议对接、英文协议磋商及争议协调，有效推进国际合作，有海外留学或跨国医药企业工作经验优先。
