I. Basic Information
Huashi Group is a comprehensive media integration service group composed of 223 young entrepreneurs born in the 1980s and 1990s. Starting from a few desks in Hongshan Square, Wuchang in June 2012, the company has gradually grown and expanded, comprehensively laying out businesses in advertising, film and television, new media, and technology trade. In January 2016, Huashi was listed on the New Third Board, further improving its business structure and establishing the operation concept of all-media + capital. In May 2017, Huashi deployed the Dabie Mountain Cultural Industry Development Group, positioned in 36 counties across Hubei, Henan, and Anhui provinces, engaged in cultural industry innovation and entrepreneurship. In October 2017, Huashi expanded into Beijing, settled in Jingyuan Art Center, and established Beijing Wuyuan Fuji International Advertising Co., Ltd., mainly operating film and television advertising and other professional media, based in the capital, covering the whole country, and looking internationally. In June 2018, Huashi Group embarked on a new journey by the shore of East Lake, integrating mass innovation and entrepreneurship, cultural creativity, sharing, and capital, to build the first integrated media industry park in Central China. Under the grand framework of advertising + new media + film and television + capital, the company uses a three-dimensional strategic layout, various forms of resource cooperation, dozens of high-quality television platforms, and Internet+ era integration of new media resources to achieve full coverage of mainstream media resources nationwide, and builds a new media resource matrix, comprehensively laying out Internet integrated media, precise new media placement, self-media agency operations, and new media creative marketing. At the same time, the company is equipped with a professional film and television production technical team, providing high-quality customized film and television services, comprehensively building a film and television processing plant in Central China. II. Compensation and Benefits Policies
1. Working Hours 7.5 hours per day, 09:00-12:30, 14:00-18:00, weekends off.
2. Salary Pulling down Wuhan's per capita salary is something we guarantee you will never do again.
3. Social Security and Housing Fund Strictly in accordance with national regulations, we provide five insurances and one housing fund: pension insurance, medical insurance, maternity insurance, unemployment insurance, work-related injury insurance, and housing provident fund.
4. 5. Transportation Every morning at 08:30, a lovely driver drives an RV to pick you up at the designated point.
