上饶市城投能源环保有限公司成立于2019年5月，注册资本为人民币6000万元，主要负责焚烧处理上饶市信州区及周边的生活垃圾；销售所产生的电力、灰渣及附属产品；废弃物再生能源项目建设、管理；固体废弃物处理技术开发与技术咨询。由上饶市城投能源环保有限公司所运营的上饶市生活垃圾焚烧发电项目位于上饶市经开区董团乡联胜村后畈水库东侧，项目占地150亩，建设规模为日处理生活垃圾1500吨，装机容量35兆瓦，建设总投资约10.8亿元。服务范围包括处理信州区、广丰区、广信区、玉山县、上饶经济技术开发区、上饶高铁经济试验区、三清山风景名胜区以及铅山县部分乡镇的生活垃圾。项目运营后，全年可处理生活垃圾54.75万吨，年上网电量约2.25亿度。
