职位描述：
1.熟悉使用 xmind 等导图类工具，根据需求整理出业务逻辑与程序设计思路；
2.负责后端程序开发与迭代；
3.数据库表结构设计与优化；
4.参与技术中台基础服务系统开发与迭代；
5.参与基础库的搭建与迭代；
6.有良好的编码习惯，能快速适应团队并统一编码风格。
7.耐心、沉着研究技术解决方案并应用到业务中。

技术要求：
1.计算机相关专业全日制本科以上学历，三年及以上 python 研发相关工作经验，有独立负责项目的优先。
2.至少一年以上scrapy，selenium 的开发项目，并熟悉防御策略，同时有自己的总结。
3.精通 MYSQL数据库开发，对数据库表设计与优化有自己的总结；同时了解MongoDB等非关系型数据库。
4.熟练使用流行的中间件：memcached、redis、kafka 等。
5.了解TCP/UDP网络进程间通讯、多线程、互斥、原子操作等基础原理。
6.熟悉 Linux 基本指令使用，能编写简单 Shell 脚本，能独立安装部署基础服务。
