新疆菏合环保科技有限公司年产2万吨活性炭工程建设项目位于兵团十三师柳树泉农场。本项目利用哈密地区丰富的煤炭资源，通过煤再加工，生产出具备广泛用途的活性炭产品。本项目年生产压块净水活性炭1.7万吨，粉末状活性炭0.3万吨，年消耗煤约11万吨。外购煤经破碎，制粉后，通过压块高压成型，再经过破碎筛分，预活化，活化等工序精制而成为不规则的颗粒状活性炭，该产品主要用于城市水源净化及污水处理。
