Nanchang Silicon-based Semiconductor Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the Company) is a limited liability company jointly established by the Nanchang Municipal People's Government (invested through Nanchang Yongsheng Asset Management Co., Ltd.), the Management Committee of Nanchang High-tech Industrial Development Zone (invested through Nanchang High-tech Zone Venture Capital Co., Ltd.), Nanchang University and the technical team, with a registered capital of RMB 100 million. It was registered and established in Nanchang High-tech Zone on April 27, 2011. Relying on the "National Engineering Technology Research Center for Silicon-based LED" (hereinafter referred to as the "Engineering Center") of Nanchang University, the Company is mainly engaged in the R&D, production and sales of LED-specific MOCVD equipment, as well as the R&D, production and sales of LED epitaxial wafers, chips, devices and their application products. Its goal is to build a world-class MOCVD equipment manufacturing base and LED engineering center within several years. Nanchang Silicon-based Semiconductor Technology Co., Ltd. and the National Engineering Technology Research Center for Silicon-based LED are integrated in construction, interdependent, and develop and progress together. The Company has successfully developed (37-wafer/2-inch) and (60-wafer/2-inch) MOCVD equipment, reaching the international advanced level, with some indicators superior to imported equipment. The Company's silicon substrate blue and green LED epitaxial and chip manufacturing technology has reached the international first-class level. The Company is currently building a factory in Nanchang High-tech Zone by the Ganjiang River and Aixi Lake to implement industrialization. At the same time, it is realizing large-scale production of a new generation of silicon-based LED chips.
