二、工作经验要求
1. 1-3年及以上Python UI自动化测试实战经验，有测试完整项目经验者优先；
2. 具备独立负责模块级UI自动化测试脚本开发、维护及回归测试的能力，能主动发现UI层面的功能缺陷、兼容性问题；
4. 有前端基础（HTML/CSS/JavaScript）知识者优先。
三、综合素质要求
1. 具备清晰的逻辑思维能力，能快速梳理业务流程，设计覆盖全面、高效的测试用例，精准定位复杂缺陷；
3. 具备较强的自主学习能力和问题解决能力，能快速适配新框架、新技术（如Playwright）及新业务场景；
5. 有性能测试、兼容性测试（多浏览器/多设备）经验，或个人技术博客、开源测试项目贡献者加分。
四、其他要求
1. 大专及以上学历，计算机相关专业优先；
2. 认同公司文化，服从团队工作安排，积极配合项目测试交付。
