工作职责:
作为FMCS系统主要负责人，负责全厂 FMCS 厂务监控系统、SCADA 中控系统 24 小时稳定运行，日常画面巡检、点位核对、数据监控、日志核查，及时发现温度、压力、流量、设备联动异常，保障厂务系统全自动运行。
1.现场故障排查与抢修：快速处置 FMCS 系统软硬件故障、通讯中断、点位漂移、联动逻辑失效、画面报错、数据掉线等问题；排查 PLC、传感器、变送器、工业交换机、IO 模块等自控前端设备故障，时间恢复系统，保障厂务动力、洁净系统不停机。
2.系统组态与程序维护：负责 Intouch、iFIX 等主流组态软件画面编辑、点位新增修改、报警逻辑配置、权限管理；熟练完成西门子、AB等主流 PLC 程序查看、备份、参数微调、逻辑优化，禁止擅自改动核心工艺联锁程序。
3.厂务子系统联动运维：精通半导体厂房配套系统自控逻辑，包含洁净室 HVAC、冷水机组、PCW 、超纯水、废水、CDA、真空、工艺排气等系统的自控联动，保障各子系统协同稳定运行。
4.数据备份与台账管理：定期完成 FMCS 系统工程文件、PLC 程序、组态画面、报警日志、运行参数的标准化备份；建立运维台账、故障记录、整改记录、巡检记录，形成完整运维档案。
5.系统优化与技改配合：根据厂房运行工况，优化自控控制参数、节能逻辑、报警阈值，降低能耗与故障频次；配合厂务改造、设备新增、产线扩产项目，完成自控点位接入、联调、验收工作。
任职资格:
1.学历专业：本科及以上学历，自动化、电气工程及其自动化、测控技术、机电一体化等相关工科专业。
2.工作经验：5年及以上半导体厂房 FMCS运维管理经验；有晶圆厂直接运维经验优先。
3.资质证书：持有自动化系统运维、PLC 工程师相关证书优先。
4.职业素养：抗压能力强，具备快速故障处置思维，服从厂区安全生产管理制度，无安全违规记录。
5.基本能力：具备基础电气识图能力，能读懂 PID 图、自控原理图、系统架构图，熟悉工业自控基础原理。
