5．具有强烈的目标感、良好的沟通力和自我驱动力，善于分析，能够独立定位问题并快速解决；
6. 具有AI coding能力，熟悉vibe coding流程；
7．教育行业背景优先，参与过教育相关核心业务系统／CRM 系统等开发。
