岗位背景

团队已有一套成熟的 C++ 底层库，覆盖硬件控制、数据采集与信号处理等能力。现需开发对应的 Java SDK，为上层 Java 应用提供稳定、易用的接口。

岗位职责
1. SDK 整体架构设计：规划 Java SDK 的模块划分、包结构、依赖管理和版本策略，输出可落地的技术方案。
2. Native 桥接实现：通过 JNI/JNA 将 C++ 底层能力映射为 Java 接口，处理好数据类型转换、回调机制、资源生命周期等跨语言问题。
3. API 接口设计：设计符合 Java 社区惯例的 API，兼顾易用性与完备性；合理运用设计模式，提供同步/异步调用、Builder、流式接口等使用方式。
4. 构建与发布：搭建 SDK 的 Maven/Gradle 构建体系，实现 native 库与 Java 代码的统一打包和分发；集成到现有 CI/CD 流程。
5. 竞品分析与对齐：分析同类 Java SDK 产品的 API 风格与功能覆盖度，提炼设计参考，确保我方 SDK 在接口层面具备竞争力。
6. 质量保障：编写单元测试与集成测试，建立 Native 层的异常捕获与日志机制；主导排查 JVM 崩溃、内存泄漏、线程安全等疑难问题。
7. 文档与推广：编写开发者文档、Quick Start 指南和示例工程，降低内外部用户的接入成本。

任职要求
1、本科及以上学历，计算机或相关专业
2、3 年以上 Java 开发经验，扎实掌握并发编程、JVM 内存模型、类加载机制
3、有 JNI 或 JNA 实际项目经验，理解跨语言调用中的内存管理与异常传播
4、能阅读 C/C++ 头文件，理解指针、结构体、回调等概念
5、有 SDK 或框架类产品的设计与开发经验，对 API 的命名规范、兼容性演进有自己的思考
6、熟悉 Maven 或 Gradle 构建体系，有组件打包发布经验
7、具备独立排查 Native 层崩溃与性能问题的能力

优先考虑
- 有 Java 字节码分析或反编译经验
- 有硬件测试、工业控制或嵌入式相关领域背景
- 熟悉 Windows 平台下的 Native 开发与调试
- 有开源 SDK/库的维护经验
