1、大专及以上学历，40岁以下。熟悉中石化、中石油的安全作业管理流程和体系（必备条件），3年及以上相关工作经验。
2、具有较强的专业知识、工作能力和实践经验，能独立开展工作。
3、熟练掌握石油现场安全管理、质量管理相关知识，了解国家安全生产政策和法规。
4、熟练掌握办公软件操作，具有较强的协调沟通、分析判断和问题处置能力。
5、石油化工和安全管理类专业优先，持安全管理人员证书者优先。
6、能适应出差、驻点项目（需定期出差到各项目驻点工作）。

主要职责：
1、负责公司各类安全管理制度的制定、实施和监督检查。
2、负责各项目的生产安全检查和监督，落实安全责任制。
3、负责组织各类生产安全和交通安全隐患的排查处理，以及各类交通事故的调查及处理，监督整改措施的落实情况。
4、负责监督落实新员工的三级安全教育，并定期组织专项安全学习、教育和宣传，做好相关学习记录。
5、定期到各项目巡查、驻点：了解业务情况、熟悉业务流程、落实生产安全管理，以及协助项目现场施工组织和协调。
6、严格履行生产安全管理职责，杜绝安全事故发生。
