集团公司以“公司+农户”的生产经营模式进行家禽产业化经营，与农户合作发展标准、规模化家禽养殖，现有合作养户 3000 多户。2018年山东公司投放樱桃谷父母代种鸭苗30多万羽，预计2019年出售商品鸭5000万羽，保守实现销售收入超1亿元。
