Chongqing Wulong Karst Tourism Investment Co., Ltd. is a wholly state-owned enterprise with independent legal person status authorized by the Wulong County People's Government. It was established in September 2007 with a current registered capital of RMB 100 million. The company is organized and operates strictly in accordance with modern enterprise systems, implementing a general manager responsibility system under the leadership of the board of directors, and carrying out work under the supervision and guidance of the board of supervisors. The company now holds controlling shares of Chongqing Xiannüshan National Forest Park Development Co., Ltd. and Wulong County Furong River Tourism Development Co., Ltd. at 51%, and holds a 15% equity stake in Chongqing Xiannüshan Holiday Hotel, achieving the goal of full government control over tourism resources.
Business scope: investment in and development of tourism projects; tourism infrastructure construction, tourism product development and operation; conference services; business information consulting; land reserve, consolidation, development, and arrangement; investment in agricultural development projects, afforestation; urban infrastructure construction; investment in transportation, water conservancy, and power projects; operation and management of state-owned assets.
