云南其亚金属有限公司成立于2018年3月，注册资本12亿元，为四川其亚铝业集团公司的全资子公司。公司拟在云南省鹤庆绿色低碳水电铝精深加工产业园建设600kt/a电解铝及配套400kt/炭素工程。项目分两期建设：一期350kt/a电解铝及配套400kt/炭素工程将于2018年12月开工建设，二期250kt/a电解铝项目将于2019年6月开工建设，2019年年9月实现一期投产，2020年2月实现二期投产，被云南省政府列入省级“四个一百”重点建设项目。
