Shenzhen Wuzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine (formerly "Shenzhen Wuzhou Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine") was established in 2005 and has a history of 16 years. It is a modern comprehensive hospital approved and registered by the Shenzhen Municipal Health Bureau, integrating clinical practice, prevention, healthcare, and rehabilitation. It is a designated hospital for Shenzhen social medical insurance, a member of the Shenzhen Traditional Chinese Medicine Medical Alliance, and a Secondary Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital in Shenzhen. From 2015 to 2018, it was awarded Grade A Unit for Medical Service Quality in Shenzhen for four consecutive years.
The hospital has a planned area of 24,000 square meters, with 110 open beds and a planned capacity of 400 beds. Currently, it has a Famous TCM Doctors Clinic - Guangdong Provincial Famous TCM Doctors Hall, as well as nearly 20 clinical departments including Rehabilitation Medicine, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and Nephrology (Hemodialysis Center), and 5 medical technology departments. The Famous TCM Doctors Hall brings together several senior domestic TCM experts, provincial-level famous TCM doctors, and experienced folk TCM practitioners. Over the years, the hospital has adhered to the direction of integrating traditional Chinese and Western medicine, attached importance to the construction of characteristic integrated Chinese-Western medicine specialties, and has built a branded TCM specialty - Rehabilitation Medicine.
