“共青学堂”是海棠区2018年十大为民办实事的民生工程之一，免费为海棠区广大青少年提供多元化成长学习的公益平台，三亚海棠区区委区政府高度重视和大力支持，由共青团三亚海棠区委员会推动落实。目前“共青学堂”已在海棠区龙海风情小镇和龙江风情小镇建立了两个试点，两个试点面积共1200多平方米，开设了丰富多彩的兴趣班、课外辅导班、个案、小组及社区活动等专业服务，解决了青少年多元化发展需要。
