岗位职责：
1、参与中心三大平台、校园数据治理平台等产品后端开发工作，包括系统基础架构设计、技术选型、稳定性保证；
2、参与项目需求分析、设计和评审，输出高质量的技术设计方案；
3、负责高质量的设计和编码，技术难点攻关。
任职要求：
1、精通Java核心技术（集合、多线程、IO、JVM 等），熟悉Spring Boot、Spring Cloud 等主流开发框架，具备扎实的面向对象编程思想与代码编写能力。
2、深入理解大数据生态体系，熟练掌握 Hadoop、Spark、Flink、HBase、Kafka、Hive等至少3种核心组件的原理与应用，有实际项目开发与调优经验。
3、掌握SQL优化技巧，熟悉数据仓库设计理念，有离线数仓或实时数仓建设经验者优先；了解Docker、K8s等容器化、云原生技术者加分。
4、具备良好的需求理解能力、逻辑思维能力与沟通协作能力，对技术有热情，能快速跟进新技术、新框架的应用。
