Yimai Sunshine Medical Imaging Group was established on October 30, 2014, with a registered capital of RMB 100 million. It was jointly invested and founded by several senior medical imaging equipment service providers, medical imaging technology R&D experts, and other elites in China's medical imaging industry. It is a professional company specializing in the construction of medical imaging institutions, medical imaging technology development, and operation management. In August 2016, it received investment from the international giant "Goldman Sachs" in its Series A round.

Yimai Sunshine Medical Imaging Group mainly includes two major business modules: the "Medical Imaging Cloud Service Platform" and "Regional Independent Medical Imaging Centers," as well as the "Yimai Sunshine Imaging Academy" business support module.

Currently, it has established branches in 11 regions including Beijing, Inner Mongolia, Jiangxi, Shandong, Hunan, Hubei, Guangdong, Guangxi, Hainan, Liaoning, and Fujian, expanding across the national market.

"Independent Imaging Centers" alone have established 7 independent imaging centers and 6 co-built imaging centers in Jiangxi.

The "Medical Imaging Cloud Service Platform" covers 80% of hospitals in cities and counties across Jiangxi, with daily remote consultations reaching up to hundreds of cases.
