河南九朵云电子商务有限公司成立于1999年，隶属于北京国盛恒达文化投资有限公司。现有员工100多人，公司在发展的同时积极投身公益事业，先后向天使妈妈基金会、河南省残疾人事业发展保护基金会、信阳市多家敬老院、固始县红十字协会等捐款捐物，特别是在精准扶贫的道路上，我公司积极主动联系帮扶对象，积极参与并协助相关部门组织的扶贫工作，公司每年拿出10万元作为公益事业的专项经费，以体现公司回报社会勇于担当的精神，截止到2018年6月河南九朵云电子商务有限公司累计向社会公益事业投入1380余万元。
