呀咪烘焙课堂于2019年3月正式转型为胶州市领航职业技能培训学校，我校所申请开设的专业有西式面点师、中式面点师及面包烘焙专业。老校长史见孟、现任校长干文华是我国西点职业技能等级考核教材的创编人；史校长是我国连续二十届全国焙烤职业技能竞赛的现场总指挥、多届比赛的总评委。干校长在2019年获评了全国大师工作室，现享受国务院津贴待遇。
