Nimble Group was founded in 1993, with five major business segments: real estate development, construction engineering, property management, hotel and commercial operations, and education. Through standardized operations, Nimble Group has established multiple standardized operation systems covering project, planning, design, engineering, landscaping, decoration, property management, and marketing.
Currently, Nimble Group has a presence in large and medium-sized cities including Guangzhou, Zhongshan, Foshan, Dongguan, Shantou, Yangjiang, Qingyuan, Shaoguan, Zhaoqing, Jiangmen, Yunfu, Sihui, Heyuan, Meizhou, Sichuan, Guizhou, Zhengzhou, Qinzhou, Tianjin, Baotou, Ordos, and Sanya, forming a strategic layout radiating nationwide from the Pearl River Delta as a base, aiming to achieve a production value target of 100 billion yuan in three years.
Guangzhou Nimble New Life Property Management Co., Ltd. was established on March 4, 2003, with its main business scope being property management. It is affiliated with Nimble Group and is a self-owned property company under Nimble Group.
As one of the important supporting business segments of Nimble Group, the property company has been awarded the titles of "2017 China Property Service Top 100 Enterprises" and "2017 China Leading Brand Enterprise in Professionalized Property Service Operation."
As of November 2018, the property segment had approximately 3,200 employees, the real estate segment approximately 2,800 employees, and the construction segment approximately 8,500 employees.
