岗位职责：
1.参与产品的开发技术方案制定、开发工作，深入发掘业务需求，包括需求分析、架构设计和代码实现；
2.负责产品核心代码的编写工作，开发流程的效率提升，系统架构优化、重构以及关键问题攻关，负责框架主要能力等；
3.通过梳理和抽象，沉淀通用性的平台或服务能力，发现和解决存在的技术问题，并在具体的业务场景中进行验证推广；
4.负责产品的开发相关材料梳理，以及文档编写、校对、审核等工作；
5.负责产品日常开发管理工作，参与开发流程的优化，协调产品、技术、开发等团队资源，推动产品研发和上线。
职要求：
1.统招学信网本科及以上学历，计算机科学、软件工程或相关专业；（有对接甲方经验优先考虑！）
2.具有三年以上Java开发经验，java基础扎实，熟悉面向对象基本概念、io操作、异常等；
3.有良好的编码风格，注重代码结构设计，质量管控，具有良好的自测意识；
4.熟悉数据结构，能够掌握常用的算法设计思想，掌握基本的算法复杂度分析能力；
5.熟悉数据库相关知识，能够独立设计数据库，熟悉分库分表、主从分离、sql调优；
6.掌握多线程及高性能的设计与编码及性能调优；
7.具备优秀的文档组织与编写能力；
8.具备优秀的沟通能力，能够独立思考，具备较强的抗压能力和团队管理能力；
9.学习能力强，适应能力好，有强烈的责任心，具备耐心/细心的品质等。
